Sales Excellence Strategy Leader

Lead the development and execution of sales excellence strategies to drive adoption of sales processes, tools, and initiatives across our Worldwide Field Enablement (WWFE) organization. This role will be instrumental in transforming how our global sales teams operate and adapt to new methodologies.

Key job responsibilities:

  • Design and implement comprehensive frameworks and methodologies for major sales transformation initiatives
  • Partner with senior leadership to identify, prioritize, and execute strategic programs
  • Lead the development of sales excellence strategies and solutions for AWS's enablement organization
  • Create and maintain stakeholder engagement models across regions and business units
  • Measure and track adoption metrics, providing data-driven insights to optimize enablement initiatives
  • Build and manage a network of sales excellence professionals across key regions
  • Drive standardization of frameworks and best practices across globally dispersed teams
