Key Job Responsibilities
- Collect and consolidate feedback from the CN&OS Sales team on credit and pricing matters on a monthly basis, in alignment with the Credit/Pricing Assessment Cycle.
- Prepare, publish, and maintain Ocean and Air Rate Cards across AGL seller-facing channels, ensuring the version control, archiving, and documentation.
- Support on the data accuracy validation of Rate Cards to ensure data integrity and consistency across published versions.
- Support on GM projects on issue hyper care and other ad-hoc operational tasks as required.
