Position Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and optimize sales compensation reporting and analytics while providing data-driven insights to support sales strategy and compensation decisions. Develop comprehensive sales compensation reports and dashboards, analyzing performance metrics, managing commission calculations and payouts, conducting audits, and supporting compensation plan design. Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail to translate complex data into actionable insights. Perform strategic analysis and system optimization. Evaluate and implement new incentive plan components and pay lines, troubleshoot reporting issues, resolve compensation calculation discrepancies, and continually improve reporting processes to enhance efficiency.
40 hours/week, 8:00am-5:00pm, Salary Range $113,256/year to $154,100/year. Amazon is a total compensation company.
