We are looking for a talented Sales Compensation Analyst to join the Business Unit Operations team supporting WWPS Sales Teams. Reporting to the WWPS Sales Compensation Manager, you will work closely with WWPS sales and operational leaders to ensure the accurate, timely, and equitable delivery of sales compensation plans. You will also provide analytical insights to assist in evaluating the effectiveness of our sales compensation models. As the subject matter expert for sales compensation within WWPS, you will resolve queries from the field and deliver impactful training and enablement to our rapidly expanding commercial and operations teams. The successful candidate will be a motivated fast learner with a high attention to detail and structured in their approach. They will manage multiple assignments and requests/processes concurrently, prioritizing accordingly, and deliver timely results. They will collaborate effectively with internal end-users and cross-functional teams to ideate and implement simple, scalable solutions to complex problems at a high standard. They are passionate about data, developing and owning standardized process improvements, automation, and optimizing scalable central processes. Deep operational, analytical, and interpersonal skills will make them a critical partner to business and operations leaders, identifying gaps in process and removing barriers to execution.
