Amazon is receiving millions of products from suppliers at Amazon warehouses nationwide every day in order to provide customers with the largest selection of products in the world. We aim to design a scalable supply chain in response to rapidly increasing inbound volumes and stock products faster and in an appropriate arrangement. This time, we are looking for a program manager who is in charge of developing strategy for scaling inbound services provided by Amazon. The roles also covers operation design, improvement, and cost planning related to inbound services provided by Amazon to retail vendors and FBA sellers.
As the number of Amazon warehouses is increasing year by year in line with growth, the increase in logistics costs for supplier delivery has become one of the major issues for Amazon to maintain a sustainable business environment with suppliers. In order to solve such problems, Amazon has been working on service development and supply chain construction to improve the convenience of supplier delivery.
This position is responsible for designing and improving inbound services for vendors and sellers, and is responsible for promoting the business as a program manager. The position will ensure that you gain an exceptional leadership experience through strategy development for operation scalability and change management with complex requirements in a variety of stakeholders.

In project promotion, it is expected that they will go through a series of processes of defining issues, designing metrics and KPIs, data analysis, and execution to measure results, and work on solving issues. Also, when a problem occurs, it is necessary to work on problem analysis, accumulate data and facts, and clarify the problem structure.
