This is your opportunity to own Amazon Advertising Policy's communications strategy and operations (internal and external), ensuring that our stakeholders are well-informed on our policies and changes to our policies. You will take ownership of existing mechanisms and processes, identifying opportunities for operational efficiency, and inventing new ways to broaden our reach, all while obsessing over customer's experience on Amazon by helping our Advertisers understand our policies and provide a trustworthy experience for customers. The goal of the Advertising Trust team is threefold: provide a best-in-class experience for advertisers, protect customers from advertisements that do not comply with our Advertising Policies, and provide clear guidance for advertisers to improve. You will own achieving these goals through communications, helping Advertisers better understand our policies, and helping teams internal to Amazon track and react to evolutions of our policies. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a number of projects in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. The candidate will have experience developing communications across multiple formats. This individual should be a creative problem solver who is meticulous, customer-obsessed, and leads by example. They must also be willing to roll up their sleeves and do what it takes to get the job done while insisting on the highest standards.
