The Attraction, Influence, and Marketing organization is seeking a high-judgment, well-organized, self-motivated, and creative digital communicator to oversee a team of social media managers. This role will lead our employer brand presence across all owned talent social channels including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Threads, driving innovation and scaling our reach to fuel Amazon's hiring needs.
As a successful candidate, you'll have a proven track record of rolling up your sleeves to strategize and execute bar-raising social content focused on driving awareness and consideration of Amazon as a top employer. You should live and breathe social, meaning you're familiar with the full spectrum of social formats (text-only, photos, short- and long-form video, animations, memes, etc.) and tactics (creators/influencers, partnerships, community management, issues management, etc.). You should also have an intimate understanding of the current digital/social media landscape, be a strategic thinker, people leader, goal oriented, and excel in a fast-paced, start-up culture. This is a role that requires both strong creative and analytical chops—on a team that works hard and has fun.
