In the role of Operations Lead/Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to experience firsthand the interaction between the different components of our operational activities, contributing directly to ensuring their efficient functioning. You will be the point of reference for colleagues during the work shift and help them follow the processes introduced by managers. The role involves a strong practical component: you will have the chance to gain experience in using tools and systems that are key to the success of our business. Temporary contract of 12 months.
Measure and monitor work flows and site performance, and provide relevant information to frontline managers to ensure operational excellence in all shifts.
Support and train staff to ensure excellent service and supervise them in the performance of daily tasks.
Support the Area/Shift Manager in projects to improve processes, create a safe working environment, and increase staff engagement. Collaborate with other departments to identify solutions to frequently occurring problems or to meet needs where productivity is crucial.
Analyze data to identify plans aimed at optimizing safety, quality, and productivity.
Your work as an Operations Lead/Supervisor will take place in one of our operational sites. Your duties will range from organizing start-of-shift meetings with the team to monitoring procedures, ensuring that everyone respects safety regulations, quality processes, and daily priorities. You will signal any critical issues to managers, but sometimes you will be the most senior figure during a shift and it will be up to you to provide directions to complete each task. Sometimes you will support the Area/Shift Manager in defining shifts, to ensure sufficient staff presence even during peak activity periods.
