The Operations Manager has complete responsibility for end to end FC operations in her/his function along with a) Building level cost efficiencies at a Six sigma level deliverables b) Running Regional/National level key Initiatives c) ensuring Quality and Building Health d) Team development and diverse employee engagement at FC interfacing with all support functions
Responsibilities:
Education requirements: Preferably Engineering/MBA background with an experience of 7+years
As the Department Head will lead a team of Area Managers and Team Leads.
