Our operation's workflow has three major components: first mile, middle mile, and last mile. Key responsibilities and job elements include: supporting, mentoring, and motivating your salaried and hourly workforce; leading large-scope projects with site and regional impact; building and executing productivity plans through forecast reviews, determining productivity requirements, and partnering with other leaders to load balance; managing safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises; collaborating with all support teams including safety, engineering, loss prevention, quality assurance, and human resources to develop plans to meet business objectives; lifting up to 49 pounds and frequently pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching; standing/walking for up to 12 hours during shifts; working in an environment where the noise level varies and can be loud; working in an environment that is subject to variable temperatures and weather (delivery stations include outside loading departments); and continuously climbing and descending stairs (applies to sites with stairs). This position qualifies for a $20,000 internal launch bonus. Eligibility requirements are that candidates are ineligible to receive more than one launch bonus within a calendar year.
