The On The Road (OTR) Manager is a pivotal role which maximises OTR operations and experience. Excellent at leveraging operational and stakeholder relationships, they are the custodian of on road experience at station level, creating a 'win-win' culture between Operations and the DSPs. A day in the life The OTR manager defines the medium-term OTR strategy, leading and influencing both internal and external stakeholders. They partner with Senior Regional Managers, supporting the execution of OTR Safety, Capacity, Quality and Experience within that Area. They further partner with Delivery Partner Managers, OTR ACES and Community teams to implement Network wide best practice. The role is field based with regular travel required across up to 6 Last Mile Delivery Stations plus associated nodes.
