- Translating a variety of marketing materials, such as EDMs, posters, banners, PowerPoint presentations, landing pages, and seller interview notes, with strong copywriting skills to ensure compelling, clear, and culturally appropriate messaging.
- Taking and tracking notes from customer interviews and testimonials.
- Editing seller education materials and verifying scripts for accuracy and clarity, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail and ability to craft engaging content.
- Assisting in collecting and reporting marketing data for performance analysis and strategic planning.
- Supporting content planning and operations for social media platforms, with strong copywriting abilities to create engaging posts that drive user engagement, conversion, and traffic (experience with platforms such as Xiaohongshu/RED is a strong plus).
- Analyzing marketing-related data to identify key insights and opportunities. Based on data findings, assist in adjusting content and strategies for better performance and impact.
