Amazon Brasil values diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in all our job positions. We work intentionally to ensure our internal environment reflects the diversity of the markets we operate in and the clients we serve. In Brazil, we have structured a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee composed of representatives from different areas and positions because we understand that this agenda needs different perspectives and multiple experiences. Our leadership is committed and increasingly understands its role in the dissemination and practice of our leadership principles, with the aim of being "the best company to work for in the world." We are aware of our responsibility and the need for change and are conscious that "Success and growth bring great responsibilities." Our affinity groups are formed by volunteers from different business units and are actively involved in defining DEI strategies. They also act as ambassadors for this agenda and will support you from Day 1. Remember, "it's always Day 1." The groups are organized in the following areas: BEN - Black Employee Network, Women@Amazon, Glamazon (LGBTQIA+), and Pessoa com Deficiência.
At Amazon, we are working to be the most customer-centric company in the world. The marketing intern will be involved in the learning experience of various marketing initiatives and will learn firsthand how to set up, execute, track, and optimize campaigns. Projects may cover the full range of current marketing vehicles – from social, content, email, mobile to large-scale event marketing. The person joining the team as an intern will be trained to build and engage our customer base through demand generation and lead campaigns, and will learn to create effective strategies that will promote long-term business growth.
As an intern, you will have the guidance of a manager and a mentor. In addition to getting to know an impactful project, you will have the opportunity to engage with Amazonians for personal and professional development, expand your network, and participate in activities with other interns throughout your journey. No matter where your internship takes place, we give you the tools to take on your project and learn in a real environment.
Amazon adopts a model of in-office work and all employees, including interns, must work in-office five times a week at our office located in the South Zone of São Paulo - SP.
