As a People Manager in our Global Process Management organization, you will lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing team while driving operational excellence and innovation in our selling partner experience. The position involves regular interactions with senior management on status, risks and is a key contributor to weekly Partner Engagement mechanisms which aims to provide the perfect Selling Partner experience as Amazon launches initiatives or initiates changes, makes improvements across tools, adds new features, or creates/updates policies or programs. The Global Process (GP) Program Manager (PMO) will own a portfolio of initiatives and play an integral role in supporting the broader team in contact elimination and change management. The GP PMO needs to interact and influence stakeholders in Root Cause Owning teams, Program, Product/Process Teams, Operations, and Analytics.
