The Line Of Business Lead serves as the primary strategic liaison between Americas Amazon Stores Talent Acquisition leadership and the Global Amazon Employer Brand and Recruitment Marketing organization. This high-visibility role drives conversion optimization for critical hiring needs—translating Stores' most challenging talent priorities into data-driven marketing strategies and measurable hiring outcomes. You'll own defining marketing strategy and priorities for Stores, then partner with TA and marketing stakeholders to execute concrete plans that deliver results. This requires learning the nuances across diverse business lines—from Amazon.com and Prime to Fresh, Whole Foods Market, Amazon Style, Pharmacy, and One Medical—while managing multiple senior stakeholders and earning trust across the organization. Your ability to balance strategic thinking with operational excellence will be critical as you support thousands of recruiters hiring across these varied business units.
