This position is for 12 months, with the possibility of extension. This job is exclusively on-site. The daily working hours are from 11:00 to 19:15 (shift change from Monday-Friday; Tuesday-Saturday). Even the most efficient processes require preparation for unforeseen circumstances. Amazon's Delivery Station Liaison Agents are directly in contact with our customers. They ensure that missed deliveries are successfully redelivered and customer inquiries are effectively handled. Whatever our customers need – you respond promptly to their inquiries and ensure a seamless customer experience.

A day in the life:
You work in one of our last-mile distribution centers, which includes Amazon's most modern technologies. During the dispatch and delivery of orders, you communicate as needed with our logistics centers as well as our partners, delivery companies, and customers when they need help or information. If customers need to reschedule deliveries, you notify our delivery partners accordingly. Delivery problems that you notice, you resolve promptly so that our customers enjoy a great experience every time without having to contact Amazon.
You work in the heart of Amazon's logistics and develop the required expertise in both logistics and excellent customer service, which sets Amazon apart from others. You are in daily contact with our customers and utilize your in-depth understanding of our delivery chains and your knowledge of local delivery routes and warehouses.
