In the role of IT Technician, you will report to the Manager of the IT department at your respective location, and you will have the responsibility to directly support the staff working in the logistics and operational division: those who make it possible to deliver the items purchased online. You will work closely with other departments, your colleagues, and remote support teams to offer top-notch IT support service. You will be a key member of a diverse team, achieving high-quality results and always looking for strategies to improve processes and the service offered.
This is not a traditional office role but is based in the heart of one of our logistics centers, working typically on a 5-day shift schedule for a total of 39 hours per week.
