Schedule: Availability to work day, night shifts and weekends.

About the Role
As an IT Support Associate II, you will use your skills to help the operations team solve technical problems within an Amazon Operations facility that spans a multitude of technical disciplines. Key Job Responsibilities
- Assignment, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT equipment used in Amazon Operations facilities.
- Manage support requests and procedures through the network.
- Collaborate in the training of new employees.
- Continuous learning of new technologies.
- Ability to support clients from multiple buildings in the area, as well as remote clients.
