You will work on-site at an Amazon location. Depending on the need, you may be required to support multiple locations within the assigned campus (region).
Key job responsibilities:
A day in the life involves balancing the execution of standardized processes with responsive support to employees. You will regularly be present on the operational floor, engaging directly with commercial employees, our associates, and working closely with leaders to address concerns and drive engagement initiatives. Under the guidance of experienced team members, you will perform core HR processes, ensuring high-quality service delivery. Using data tools and HR technologies, you will support the collection of metrics and identification of trends, while also developing your ability to build trust through personal interaction. You will support employee engagement activities, help coordinate feedback channels, and participate in coaching and development. For complex concerns, you will seek support from experienced team members, learning to navigate challenging situations and develop sound judgment. Success in this role relies on structured work routines, consistent follow-through, and building effective partnerships with both the PXT team and operational leaders. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same.
