As a Partner in our HR team, you'll play a key role in creating a positive and inclusive culture where all our people feel encouraged and supported. From collaborating with colleagues on new HR strategies to addressing complex queries, this is an exciting opportunity to help make Amazon a great place to work.

Key job responsibilities:

• Support leaders at your site on HR matters
• Support the implementation of new policies that improve associate engagement and the working environment
• Develop communication plans and initiatives to support manager with site briefs and any bulk or site-wide announcements
• Take the lead on implementing and progressing HR projects
• Collect and analyse data that can help drive new HR policies and plans

A day in the life:

You'll be based in a Fulfillment Centre, and will be the main representative to the Operations leadership at your location. You'll work flexibly with colleagues in different areas of the business to work towards making Amazon Earth's best employer, from carrying out new business-wide programs to assisting with employee relations. No two days are the same as an HR Partner. You'll help create a positive atmosphere for your Associates and will assist in resolving complex Associate queries.

The team is the foundation of our business and its efforts have helped us diversify across new regions and services. The CF team are the first people in the chain that helps customers get products at the speed we're known for. We're based in Fulfillment Centres, which are at the heart of Amazon's fast-paced Operations network. Our centres are sometimes referred to as the 'First Mile' because it's where most Amazon packages start their journey. We help to manage dynamic inventory and facilitate speedy deliveries round the clock. Lots of different people work in our Fulfillment Centres, so there are plenty of opportunities for every skillset. Some of us work with physical products, while others analyse data to help everyone across the business make smart decisions.
