We are looking for a talented and committed HR Business Partner who will play a key role in managing human capital at our Fulfillment Center – Logistics Center (FC) in Poland. The selected candidate will need significant experience in HR hard tasks, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate business plans and customer goals into human resources needed to achieve results while ensuring the highest quality HR support. The HR Business Partner will report directly to the HR Manager. Responsibilities include:

- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with employees at all levels

- Supporting and advising managers in managing and developing their direct employees

- Implementing employment policies and procedures appropriate to the FC

- Supporting the management team and all other employees on employment law, HR policies, HR processes, and compensation, etc.

- Cooperating with managers on investigative, disciplinary, and grievance meetings

- Participating in national and international HR projects

- Implementing new international HR processes in the workplace

- Ensuring compliance with PL/EU legislation

- Monitoring trends in the HR/competency development area to support the business approach and training initiatives in the organization

- Reviewing career structures for developmental purposes (e.g., talent assessment, succession planning based on future potential)

- Managing internal development programs, conducting training and workshops

- Collaborating with other HR teams
