In Brazil, this includes aligning with ANVISA, MAPA, and applicable local legislation, while enabling scalable and efficient operational models. This role is focused on diverse warehousing formats—including fulfillment centers, sortation hubs and other storage models—each with specific compliance demands. The team works across business functions to implement practical, risk-based food safety programs that protect customer trust and enable long-term growth.
Design, localize, and improve Amazon Food Safety programs for diverse warehousing operational models, ensuring compliance with Brazilian regulations (e.g., ANVISA RDCs, MAPA Normativas) and internal standards.
In this role, you'll work across multiple warehousing formats to ensure food safety protocols are consistently implemented. Your day may involve reviewing audit results, analyzing vendor performance, preparing a business case for process improvement, or working with operational teams to close findings. You'll balance strategic program improvements with hands-on support to operational teams, ensuring compliance scales in line with business needs.
