Product Development Leadership

Champion end-to-end NPDI programs from concept to mass production, driving technical milestones through EVT/DVT/PVT phases.

Orchestrate product requirements and engineering deliverables across global development teams, ensuring design excellence and timeline adherence.

Launch Management

Develop and execute comprehensive launch strategies, identifying critical paths and implementing risk mitigation plans.

Lead build readiness reviews and production qualification, managing ECOs and manufacturing ramp while maintaining quality standards.

Cross-functional Program Management

Synchronize complex deliverables across Industrial Design, Hardware, Software, Supply Chain, and Quality Engineering, ensuring seamless integration.

Drive executive decisions through data-driven insights on launch timing, BOM cost targets, and quality metrics while managing dependencies.

Technical Operations

Spearhead DFM optimization, pilot builds, and engineering samples while ensuring robust firmware integration and validation.

Own reliability testing and qualification processes, driving rapid resolution of technical issues through root cause analysis.
