Join the US Seller Business organization within Worldwide Selling Partner Services (SPS) to drive insights that enable the long-term success of our selling partners. This role offers an exciting opportunity to analyze selection growth, support strategic initiatives, and provide financial leadership for the US 3P Seller Flywheel Acceleration team. Key job responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with business leaders to provide financial analysis and insights that drive strategic decision-making for the US 3P Selection team, challenging assumptions when necessary to ensure data-driven outcomes.
  • Developing and maintaining metrics, reporting, and forecasts that accurately reflect financial and business performance, ensuring reporting accuracy and compliance with internal and external policies.
  • Building monthly forecasts and long-range plans for key topline metrics, creating scalable and auditable data analysis processes that deliver results for the business.
  • Creating comprehensive financial models for cost-benefit analyses and business cases that support new initiatives, demonstrating strong appreciation for customer experience goals.
  • Collaborating across teams to identify opportunities for process improvements, sharing findings and recommendations with senior leaders to influence strategic direction and operational efficiency.

A day in the life begins with reviewing selection growth analyses and metrics for the US 3P Seller Flywheel Acceleration team. You'll collaborate with cross-functional partners to build strategic relationships and ensure program success. Throughout the day, you'll develop forecasts for key business metrics, create financial models to evaluate new initiatives, and prepare insights for upcoming leadership meetings. You might find yourself diving deep into data to identify trends, building comprehensive business cases, or working with teammates to optimize processes and reporting mechanisms.
