We are seeking a Finance Manager to lead Amazon's global Third-Party (3P) fee strategy for upstream and inbound services related to Selling On Amazon. Our 3P business includes Fulfillment By Amazon (FBA) and Merchant Fulfillment Network (MFN) channels. With Sellers contributing to over 50% of Amazon's online sales, 3P Fee strategy is integral to Amazon's ability to deliver on its goal of offering a vast selection of products at low prices to customers.
The successful candidate will have strong analytical background, track record of effective business partnership, and ability to deliver results in an ambiguous, fast-paced, and dynamic environment. The candidate must have the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across cross-functional and cross-regional stakeholders to understand topline and cost drivers, and deliver high quality insights to senior leaders to influence fee strategy.
This is a highly visible and strategic role with exposure to a Vice President and Directors.
Key job responsibilities:
The domain includes Value Recovery Fees across Removal, Disposal and Liquidation. The role involves extensive coordination with multiple operations, regional finance, and fee strategy teams, and will support WW marketplaces.
A day in the life:
As the Finance Manager, you will work closely with multiple business teams including fee strategy, fee science, product, economists, and operations, to shape the monetization of our 3P business. You will be responsible for identifying growth and profit opportunities, and partnering with the business teams to develop fee strategy for a global multi-billion dollar revenue line.
