We are looking for a Strategy and Sales Operations leader for the Brazil External Fulfillment (EF) team to drive long-term business growth. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on, data-driven self-starter with proven leadership experience who can help measure and optimize business operations while influencing strategic decision-making. This role will be crucial in developing business cadences, evolving forecasting models, and translating analytical insights into actionable business recommendations in a rapidly growing environment. The successful candidate must be comfortable working autonomously in an ambiguous, rapidly evolving environment while maintaining a strong focus on customer needs and scalable solutions. This is an individual contributor role that will report to Head of External Fulfilment Leader in BR.
