Strategy And Sales Operations Leader For Brazil External Fulfillment Team

We are looking for a Strategy and Sales Operations leader for the Brazil External Fulfillment (EF) team to drive long-term business growth. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on, data-driven self-starter with proven leadership experience who can help measure and optimize business operations while influencing strategic decision-making. This role will be crucial in developing business cadences, evolving forecasting models, and translating analytical insights into actionable business recommendations in a rapidly growing environment. The successful candidate must be comfortable working autonomously in an ambiguous, rapidly evolving environment while maintaining a strong focus on customer needs and scalable solutions. This is an individual contributor role that will report to Head of External Fulfilment Leader in BR.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning & Execution:
    • Lead annual EF goals recommendations, budgeting, and forecasting processes
    • Identify, prioritize, and execute growth opportunities for External Fulfillment channels
    • Drive the financial model to support growth strategies
    • Design and implement strategic change plans across the sales organization
    • Own selection strategy plan for EF
  • Analytics & Operations:
    • Develop and maintain forecasting models, metrics, and dashboards
    • Support Generative AI initiatives to unlock data-driven insights
    • Provide visibility to senior management on business operations and customer segment performance through metrics and dashboards
    • Create scalable solutions for new initiatives while maintaining customer focus
  • Cross-functional Leadership:
    • Build deep understanding of EF processes, tools, data, and team dynamics
    • Drive sales organization readiness, including selection planning and investment guidance
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to incubate and implement new programs
    • Partner with BR 3P field sales teams on strategic initiatives
    • Identify operational gaps and lead high-impact improvement projects
