Amazon Pharmacy is seeking a resourceful and proactive individual with an established history of high performance who wants to work in a fast-paced organization. The Seattle-based role will support two Directors in our Amazon Pharmacy Operations team. This EA will be responsible for understanding business priorities, will react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and will proactively solve problems. Handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with senior executives and external stakeholders is a given.
Key job responsibilities include core tasks; managing multiple complex calendars, planning and organizing events of all sizes, creating a positive team environment and coordinating domestic/international travel. A day in the life is five days a week in office.
