We are a team of technicians and engineers consisting of excellent team players and led by experienced leaders. We work together to maintain, repair, and troubleshoot equipment in our global network of fulfillment centers. We also ensure that buildings continue to comply with legal requirements, keeping everyone safe and operating our locations with maximum efficiency. There are numerous opportunities for advancement within the RME team as well as throughout the Amazon company. All our activities are aimed at reducing downtime at Amazon's key operational locations, so customers receive their orders on time. Often, we work early mornings, late evenings, or night shifts to carry out maintenance with minimal disruption. If we find a better way to do something, we have the skills and opportunities to introduce completely new processes or groundbreaking technology like Amazon Robotics or our Complex Item Sorter.
