In this role, you will design, implement, deploy and operate advanced tools that automate and streamline the development workflow and operations of the Kuiper Customer Terminal embedded systems engineering team. This role focuses on creating tooling to manage production Customer Terminals, automate testing processes, and improve R&D efficiency.
As part of our software engineering team, you will design and implement software used to test and debug embedded software for Kuiper Customer Terminal platforms in R&D and commercial operation. You will work in a collaborative environment with teams in Kuiper Customer Terminal hardware development, software development and operations. You need to be flexible and responsive to fast changing priorities and issues. You will work on Customer Terminal issues on production system platforms.
The Kuiper Customer Terminal Software Team develops and supports the devices that connect Kuiper subscribers to the Kuiper network. We provide software for the Kuiper Customer Terminal platform, applications and underlying Linux system. We work hand in hand with hardware engineering, product, and operations teams to deliver commercial grade services for our Kuiper subscribers.
