Amazon is seeking a Shift Manager in Last Mile Execution, with a focus on the safety, quality, customer experience, and productivity of the operation. This role requires working with multiple business and technical teams across the company to manage successful Under the roof (UTR) performance, driving continuous improvement and enhancing carrier performance. The candidate must be effective in influencing leadership across customer service operations, technology teams, multiple support teams, multiple carrier partners, and senior leadership.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): You will be part of the Amazon Logistics Team, responsible for the day to day management of the Last Mile Operation in the North Region of the Country; overseeing the Under the roof (UTR) operation that focuses on the delivery of Amazon orders direct to customers. Amazon is seeking a Shift Manager with the chance to be based in Hermosillo, Sonora, MX.

Key areas that you will always focus on are safety, service quality, customer experience, and productivity of your operation. Main activities are:

• Review the operational forecast and determine productivity requirements for sort operation, manage a team group to meet all building's goals.
• Support all safety programs to ensure a safe work environment for all associates and Delivery service providers.
• Proactively identify and lead process improvement initiatives and Lean tools.
• Support a team of On the Road (OTR) and Delivery Service Providers in weekly management of the last mile operation, including meetings, training sessions, assigning job duties, data analysis, metrics reviews, and communicating with DSPs including management representatives and their drivers.
