Key job responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate Base Build Equipment maintenance across all sites
• Serve as the primary point of contact for environmental compliance and regulatory interactions
• Oversee facility maintenance contracts with comprehensive monitoring and performance tracking
• Coordinate and manage critical resource management including fuel, water, and landscaping services
• Prepare and manage governmental and regulatory site inspections, including unannounced visits from electrical inspectors, pollution control boards, and labor departments
