Key Job Responsibilities

Expertise: Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams to help partners and customers learn and use services such as AWS Glue, Amazon S3, Amazon DynamoDB, Amazon Relational Database Service (RDS), Amazon Elastic Map Reduce (EMR), Amazon Kinesis, Amazon Redshift, Amazon Athena, AWS Lake Formation, Amazon DataZone, Amazon SageMaker, Amazon Quicksight and Amazon Bedrock.

Solutions: Deliver technical engagements with partners and customers. This includes participating in pre-sales visits, understanding customer requirements, creating consulting proposals and creating packaged data analytics service offerings.

Delivery: Engagements include projects proving the use of AWS services to support new distributed computing solutions that often span private cloud and public cloud services. Engagements may include migration and modernisation of existing data applications and development of new data applications using AWS cloud services.

Push the envelope: Artificial Intelligence is reducing the historical "IT constraint" on businesses. Imagine bold possibilities and work with our clients and partners to find innovative new ways to satisfy business needs through Data Analytics and GenAI Services.

In this role, you will work directly with customers and innovate in a fast-paced organization that contributes to game-changing projects and technologies. You will design and run experiments, research new algorithms, and find new ways of optimizing risk, profitability, and customer experience. We're looking for top architects, system and software engineers capable of using ML, Generative AI and other techniques to design, evangelize, implement and fine tune state-of-the-art solutions for never-before-solved problems. Use ML and Generative AI tools, such as Amazon SageMaker and Amazon Bedrock to provide a scalable cloud environment for our customers to label data, build, train, tune and deploy their models.

AWS Professional Services (ProServe) is a global team of consultants that helps enterprise customers achieve their business outcomes on AWS Cloud. ProServe consultants work with hundreds of the world's largest enterprises to help them deliver their cloud initiatives.
