Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfilment Team Position

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Existing Merchant Relationship Management:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
    • Conduct regular check-ins and meetings with clients to ensure satisfaction
    • Anticipate and address client needs proactively
  • Account Strategy and Growth:
    • Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive growth
    • Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities for Amazon Supply Chain Services (ASCS)
    • Set and achieve goals for assigned accounts
    • Monitor and analyse account performance metrics
  • Problem Resolution:
    • Address and resolve merchant issues promptly and effectively
    • Collaborate with internal teams to develop solutions for complex merchant problems
    • Manage and mitigate risks associated with merchant accounts
  • Business Reviews and Reporting:
    • Conduct regular business reviews with key merchants
    • Prepare and present performance reports and analytics
    • Provide insights and recommendations based on account data
  • Internal Collaboration:
    • Work closely with sales, marketing, product, operations and support teams
    • Communicate merchant feedback to relevant internal stakeholders
  • Contract Management:
    • Negotiate contract terms and renewals
    • Ensure timely processing of contracts and amendments
    • Monitor contract compliance and expirations
  • New Business Development:
    • Identify potential new business opportunities within existing accounts
    • Assist in the onboarding of new clients or accounts as needed
