Amazon Devices Reverse Logistics Business Analyst
Amazon Devices Reverse Logistics team is seeking a Business Analyst who will provide administrative and analytical support within the organization. This role combines administrative, data analysis, and stakeholder management to ensure accurate and efficient processing of returns, removals, and logistics. Key job responsibilities include:
- Managing inventory movements between internal and external partners, including creating purchase orders, coordinating transportation, and contacting sites.
- Creating and managing quarterly and ad-hoc non-pay and standard PO for 3P partners across NA, EU, and Asia to support operational and accounting requirements.
- Coordinating truck scheduling and transportation planning for 1P/3P sites to ensure timely movement of reverse logistics inventory.
- Supporting partners with material requests and operational inquiries to maintain accurate stock management.
- Providing support to facilitate scrap inventory removal and backlog reduction.
- Documenting SOPs and creating process flowcharts to standard workflows, improve training, and provide operational clarity.
- Providing KPI's and data analysis to department leadership and supply chain stakeholders.
