About the team:
Amazon logistics (AMZL) is responsible for delivering millions of our customers' products directly to their doorstep. The "last-mile logistics" delivers our packages in partnership with third-party providers and implements numerous initiatives for continuous improvement to satisfy millions of customers. Our goal is to make the delivery experience as smooth as possible for our customers and to introduce global delivery solutions for our newest offerings, including Amazon Fresh, Prime Now, and Amazon Restaurants. Our work can be divided into two divisions. "Under the roof" covers everything that happens within our logistics locations and "on the road" covers everything that happens on the streets in the delivery areas. Our employees prepare packages in appropriate shifts (night, early, late) for daily dispatch to our delivery teams and handle returns that could not be delivered. Every year, we set new standards in terms of customer experience and offer new, innovative delivery services. We are looking for new ways to overcome industry-wide logistics challenges and for new ideas to reduce our carbon footprint. A fleet of innovative vehicles (including electric vehicles) and state-of-the-art technology support us in this.
