A day in the life:
You work in a shift operation at one of our locations and ensure that the operations there are as productive as possible. The focus of your job is to lead and promote a safety culture and maintain the quality and performance standards of the work shifts. You also oversee process improvements in your area and organize their implementation. A typical working day can look very different and includes both routine team management and daily operational tasks as well as process improvement and extensive operational tasks for the eventual case. You also act as a role model and mentor for new managers.
