Area Manager

As an Area Manager, you ensure that all operations at your location run as smoothly as possible so that we can meet customer demand. You lead a team that ensures the safety, efficiency, and top-quality of our operations. Additionally, you manage a range of projects across our network to promote productivity.

Key job responsibilities:

• Creating, overseeing, and promoting a culture of safety and well-being
• Analyzing and implementing changes to ensure ongoing high quality and productivity
• Supervising projects to streamline processes, optimize productivity, and improve customer service quality in your area of responsibility
• Analyzing shifts according to company guidelines and implementing measures to improve our operational excellence
• Collaborating with senior colleagues to standardize shift procedures

A day in the life:

You work in a shift operation at one of our locations and ensure that the operations there are as productive as possible. The focus of your job is to lead and promote a safety culture and maintain the quality and performance standards of the work shifts. You also oversee process improvements in your area and organize their implementation. A typical working day can look very different and includes both routine team management and daily operational tasks as well as process improvement and extensive operational tasks for the eventual case. You also act as a role model and mentor for new managers.
