The Operations Analyst is responsible for monitoring the performance of delivery operations and ensuring that orders are processed and delivered to our customers without delay. This person will replicate the best process practices performed in our large distribution centers and implement more secure processes for inventory control. They will also be responsible for training in person and providing remote support whenever any operation is with doubts or unable to process the orders. Additionally, they will act as a process consultant that helps operations in the increase of accuracy of inventory and the increase of processing capacity in a structured manner, assisting in the scaling and quantity of workstations. The job requires someone focused on the customer experience and who has analytical skills to identify the root causes of failures to avoid operational errors. This position will be based in São Paulo.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor operations, suggest and implement process improvements with a focus on productivity and inventory accuracy;
- Predict implications based on current data and trends and take the necessary actions;
- Serve as a link between internal and external stakeholders keeping in mind the objectives, limits, compliance, and privacy of information;
- Train and direct seller employees;
- Dive deep into the root causes of operational problems;
- Monitor operational metrics;
