Amazon Global Selling is seeking a dynamic and innovative Account Manager to join our Vietnam-based Southeast Asia hub, supporting sellers from Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of seller success and AI innovation, helping businesses across three dynamic ASEAN markets scale their presence on Amazon's global marketplaces. As part of our offshore model, you'll be pioneering new ways of working that combine high-touch seller engagement with advanced AI tools to maximize impact. You'll help sellers navigate their growth journey while being at the forefront of AI-powered account management innovation in the region.
What You'll Do
• Identify and onboard SG/MY/TH sellers to participate in Amazon Global Selling programs, drive feature adoption to improve customer experience
• Monitor seller performance metrics and work with sellers to achieve operational excellence
• Provide coaching on best practices to optimize selection, listings, pricing, inventory, and advertising strategies
• Conduct business reviews with sellers, analyze sales trends and drivers, and develop recommendations for growth
• Serve as primary point of contact for a cohort of SG/MY/TH sellers, delivering consultative support via one to one and one to many approach
• Proactively identify and address issues that may impact seller performance and become a trusted advisor for their Amazon business
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams while maintaining seller satisfaction
• Execute structured campaigns focused on different Amazon programs and products
• Maintain accurate seller records and track engagement outcomes in internal systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive seller success
• Leverage AI-powered tools to enhance productivity and seller coverage effectiveness
