Amazon Hub is an alternative delivery solution available to Amazon customers. As the Account Manager, you will be responsible for handling all our major partners in retail, property management, and transportation. This is a great opportunity to make history for our customers. Key job responsibilities include owning the client relationship from the development/roll out phase, maintaining and optimizing the installed network, initiating performance reviews, recommending action plans, administering and renewing contracts. During this process, you will liaise with a number of external and internal stakeholders ensuring the best possible customer experience (Partner Ops / Installation, Accounting, Marketing, Business Planning, Legal, Product Management…).
The ideal candidate will exhibit strong project and stakeholder management experience with exceptional interpersonal skills, coupled with the ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative climate. Previous experience in IT/Network roll-outs or projects of a similar nature would make for a good platform to step into this role from.
