We're looking for a strategic and technically minded Machine Learning & AI Engineer to join our Homes Platform AI Team.

As a Lead Machine Learning & AI Engineer, you will use your knowledge of key software development best practices, Python testing frameworks, CI/CD, and source control to develop end-to-end machine learning systems in Python. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ML systems.

What You'll Need

  • A senior technical lead, who takes ownership of deliveries within a Feature Team and is willing to help grow and guide engineers to form successful teams.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills, particularly the ability to convey business information arising from technical subject matter to non-technical people.
  • A change mindset, helping to improve and support policies, processes, standards and practices.

And any experience of these would be really useful:

  • Insights into industry solutions for data management, storage, and analytics
  • Experience of working within regulatory change would be advantageous, including Credit Risk, capital and impairment processes
  • Experience of line management.
