As an Engineering Team Manager within the Homes Digital Lab, you'll lead technical delivery across team, lab, and occasionally platform levels. You'll act as a co-lead alongside the Product Owner, jointly accountable for end-to-end delivery. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll:
