Our Engineering Platform is driving a transformation to modernise, accelerate, and standardise engineering practices across Lloyds Banking Group. As the Engineering Lead for the Testing Services Lab, you will drive the transformation of our testing and quality engineering capabilities into scalable, robust "X-as-a-Service" offerings. You will be accountable for the technical vision, architecture, and delivery of the Testing Services Lab product portfolio, ensuring our solutions address the evolving challenges of modern engineering, including automation, AI adoption, and self-service enablement.
