Service Planner

Are you the Service Planner who keeps the overview, makes smart decisions in a dynamic planning, and ensures satisfied customers and smooth service processes? Do you also effortlessly switch between Dutch and French with ease?

Your mission: As a Service Planner at Remeha, you play an essential role in the success of our organization's service delivery. By organizing planning, capacity, and parts as efficiently as possible, you ensure that the Field Service can provide services within the intended response times and meet the expectations of customers and end-users.

What will you do? You will be in daily contact with customers and colleagues, exchanging information, advising, and coordinating. Your responsibilities include:

  • Making appointments with customers for service provision on location.
  • Ensuring the optimal scheduling of Field Service Engineers, primarily using the available planning tool.
  • Thinking along with the optimization of the planning and the operation of the planning tool, aligned with the needs of the customer and the service engineers.
  • Working closely with the Field Service Team Coaches, Field Service Manager, and the Business Excellence team.
  • Using relevant geographical knowledge to plan efficiently; knowledge of the installation market is a plus.
  • Proactively informing end customers about delays, changes in planning, or sickness of Service Engineers.
  • Ordering necessary materials and parts in consultation with Customer Service 1st & 2nd line.
  • Following up on material and parts needs, including items that are no longer needed, unavailable, or for which reservations are made.
  • Following up and monitoring the restocking of technicians and the availability of parts for smooth service execution.
  • Following up on the logistical handling of deliveries in SAP.
  • Providing accurate and timely information to the Field Service organization.

In this role, you report directly to the Team Coordinator Planning. Who are you? You bring the knowledge and skills to organize tasks efficiently, prioritize, and make independent decisions within agreed processes. You are proactive and flexible in nature and know how to handle unforeseen absences or operational problems from experience. You have a well-developed sense of responsibility, ensuring the optimal deployment of people and resources. With your communicative and analytical skills, you ensure smooth daily planning and satisfied customers. You also have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in an administrative or logistical field (e.g., Business Management).
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role within planning, service, or operations.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Excellent command of Dutch and French, both verbally and in writing; knowledge of English is a plus.
  • Fluent knowledge of SAP (required) and MS Office.
