Production Engineer

We are looking for a Production Engineer to join our growing team—someone with strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and creative ideas that make a difference.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitoring and measuring the performance of production processes and analyzing the results to ensure that the necessary activities for continuous improvement are carried out,
- Reporting production results and improvement suggestions to the manager,
- Keeping itself up to date with current and emerging trends in production technologies,
- Ensuring the most efficient use of resources in line with work and time studies,
- Supporting the preparation of plans and programs to comply 100% with the production deadlines, realizing / ensuring the realization of the prepared plans and programs,
- Contribute to the design and realization of the necessary equipment such as molds, jigs, fixtures, etc. required for production,
- Working on machine efficiency and design studies,
- Working in coordination with the Maintenance Department, to ensure the continuous operation of the equipment for which it is responsible and to ensure that preventive / periodic maintenance work is carried out,
- Leading and contributing to process cost improvement efforts,
- Supporting sustainability and energy efficiency projects
Qualifications
- Graduated from Engineering departments of universities (Preferably Electrical/ Mechatronics Engineering)
- At least 2 years of experience in production
- Experience in SAP
- Good command of English
- Knowledge and experience in assembly processes, automation systems
- Proficient in MS Office programs
- High communication and organizational competencies
- Prone to teamwork
- Dynamic, Positive, Harmonious
- Strong job tracking and reporting skills
- Living or willing to live in Asian side of İstanbul or Koceali (Gebze, Darıca, Çayırova)
