Product & Design Development

Review technical documents from TSS (including pump sizing, coupling, and driver selection for pump sets).

Develop product designs, specifications, and supporting documentation in line with customer and project requirements.

Create and validate Bill of Materials (BOM) and ensure accurate input into the SAP system.

Prepare and update work instructions for pump set assembly and installation.

Review and approve technical drawings for accuracy and completeness.

Cross-Functional Coordination

Collaborate with Sales, TSS, SCM, Manufacturing, and other internal departments to support project execution.

Liaise with customers, vendors, and KSB Group factories to resolve technical issues and ensure product compliance.

Participate in pump functional and performance testing.

Conduct inspections to ensure pump package completeness and compliance with specifications.

Perform field inspections and provide technical support at customer sites when required.

Prepare and submit monthly project progress and performance reports.

Recommend improvements in design, cost efficiency, and manufacturability.

Support cost awareness initiatives by ensuring material and design choices are optimized.

Undertake any other technical tasks as assigned by superiors.
