Commercial Development Manager France
Reporting to the Director of Commercial France, you will drive the national commercial development of our entire portfolio (Pumps, Valves, Service) with strategic stakeholders.
You will manage relationships with central distribution functions and major installers/operators (Engie, Eiffage, Dalkia, Spie, etc.).
Daily Missions
- Negotiating national framework contracts and conducting annual negotiations with distributors (rates, referencing, objectives).
- Identifying growth opportunities and building robust commercial action plans.
- Deploying the national policy at the regional level by supporting local sales teams (Agencies, DR, RRV).
- Co-building offers with support functions and market segments.
- Monitoring financial performance (margins and COI) and following up on projects in conjunction with agencies.
Profile Sought
- Technical expertise: You have a solid technical background in fluid mechanics, ideally in pumps or valve systems.
- Experience: You have a significant commercial track record with distribution and major accounts in construction or industry.
- Key skills: Analytical mindset, natural leadership to rally internally and externally, and ability to work collaboratively.
- Languages: A professional level of English is required for occasional interactions with the Global KAM.
