Provide day-to-day application support and system analysis for business-critical systems, including ERP and supporting applications.
Manage and monitor multiple on-premise and virtual servers to ensure availability, performance, and security.
Administer and maintain virtualization platforms, including VMware and Nutanix environments.
Configure, manage, and troubleshoot SD-WAN and related network infrastructure.
Perform advanced troubleshooting for IT devices (servers, PCs, laptops, printers, network devices).
Manage and maintain CCTV systems, including monitoring, configuration, and coordination with vendors when required.
Administer multiple Windows Server environments and Linux OS, including user access, patching, and basic hardening.
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal stakeholders for incident resolution, system enhancement, and infrastructure improvement.
Ensure proper documentation of systems, configurations, incidents, and changes.
Support IT security, compliance, and audit requirements as applicable.
Provide guidance and technical supervision to junior IT staff or outsourced support teams.
