Relay and transmit client information to operational teams through visit reports.
Follow up and re-engage the portfolio of offers/opportunities in relation with the client manager and service center manager and inform the commercial planning +C4C.
Prepare quotes (internal pricing) and offers for client consultations for which it is responsible (generally complex cases).
Follow up with the operational team on complex files in workshop and/or on site: discuss the realization of the workload at weekly meetings with the preparation team and Service Center Manager, ensure client communication, project or shutdown pilot, PDP (N2), site follow-up...
Ensure the follow-up of the client park to be a force of proposal to identify potential client needs. Conducting audits (more or less complex depending on training level).
Ensure the charge of its portfolio through proactive follow-up of the installed base:
- Research and target key materials with high added value for the service.
- Inform the Installed Base in our CRM tool.
Establish the monthly report: COI forecast at 3 months, month realization, inform focus actions, inform upcoming client projects.
