The solutions engineering team at Logitech for business is a group of passionate technologists dedicated to driving customer success. We work closely with sales teams, customers, and partners to ensure that Logitech's video collaboration and workspace solutions are well understood, effectively implemented, and deliver real-world impact.

Our SEs bridge the gap between technology and business by providing deep technical expertise, engaging in solution design, and delivering hands-on demonstrations. We collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and marketing teams to position Logitech's technology effectively, solving real challenges in hybrid work, video collaboration, and IT/AV integration.

The senior solutions engineer is a strategic technical leader responsible for driving large-scale customer engagements, competitive differentiation, and industry thought leadership. This role engages with enterprise customers, influencing Logitech's market strategy through direct interactions with IT decision-makers, AV leaders, and C-level executives.

Senior solutions engineers take ownership of complex deployments, ensuring Logitech's solutions integrate seamlessly within corporate IT infrastructures and AV environments. This role requires a deep understanding of enterprise technology landscapes, the ability to architect scalable solutions, and the expertise to position Logitech as the preferred vendor in competitive evaluations.

In addition to customer engagements, the senior solutions engineer serves as a bridge between Logitech's field teams and internal business units—delivering insights that shape product development, go-to-market strategies, and long-term business planning. This role is ideal for professionals with extensive experience in enterprise collaboration technologies, strategic account engagement, and solution-driven consulting.

This role is geographically aligned to the TOLA region to support close collaboration with key customers, regional leadership, salespeople, and strategic partners. The location was selected based on customer density and alignment with the central US operations. While the role is based out of a home office, travel will be required as needed to support customer meetings and internal business priorities. To be considered for this role, you must currently reside within the designated region by the start date.

This is a remote position based out of a home office within Texas.

Key contributions:

  • Engage with large enterprise customers to design and implement scalable Logitech solutions.
  • Guide IT and AV decision-makers on architecture best practices, security considerations, and technology adoption strategies.
  • Develop long-term customer roadmaps, ensuring alignment with Logitech's product capabilities and industry trends.
  • Provide pre-sales consultation that ensures proper customer fit along with extensive strategic fit of Logitech hardware.

Competitive differentiation & market positioning:

  • Lead competitive technical engagements, ensuring Logitech solutions stand out against alternative vendors.
  • Provide deep technical insight into Logitech's competitive advantages, benchmarking against industry competitors.
  • Develop strategies to enhance Logitech's positioning in high-value enterprise deals.

Solution design & proof of concept execution:

  • Deliver a joint PoC plan that allows the best evaluation in a finite period of time.
  • Work closely with customers to integrate Logitech technology into enterprise IT environments, optimizing performance, security, and scalability.
  • Offer RFI/RFP influencers to assist customers to deliver on a joint plan where applicable.

Thought leadership & industry influence:

  • Represent Logitech at industry conferences, speaking engagements, and customer executive briefings.
  • Author technical white papers, best practice guides, and solution design documentation.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to help shape Logitech's roadmap.

Cross-functional collaboration:

  • Act as a trusted technical advisor to internal teams, ensuring customer feedback and field insights inform product development and go-to-market strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with product management to influence roadmap priorities, validate features in development, and participate in early testing or technical design reviews.
  • Partner with marketing to shape messaging, support enablement strategies, and refine competitive positioning based on real-world use cases and customer narratives.
  • Build trusted relationships with engineering, customer experience, and support teams through in-person collaboration at Logitech's San Jose headquarters.
  • Participate in HQ-based planning sessions, cross-team initiatives, and customer briefings to help align internal priorities with field needs.
  • Accelerate internal coordination by serving as an in-region technical point of contact for live feedback loops, strategic escalations, and pre-launch readiness.

Mentorship & knowledge sharing:

  • Serve as a mentor to solutions engineers and technical solutions specialists, elevating team technical expertise.
  • Contribute to Logitech's internal knowledge base, ensuring that best practices and lessons learned are documented and shared.

Key qualifications:

Relevant experience:

  • Strong background in solutions engineering, technical pre-sales, enterprise IT consulting, or AV solution design.
  • Proven ability to work with large enterprise customers, Fortune 500 companies, or complex IT environments.
  • Extensive experience in enterprise IT infrastructure, AV integration, or collaboration technologies.
  • Demonstrated success in leading technical sales engagements, influencing decision-makers, and driving adoption at scale.

Technical expertise:

  • Expert-level knowledge in video collaboration solutions (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, Webex).
  • Advanced understanding of enterprise networking (firewalls, VPNs, QoS, VLANs, cloud security).
  • Deep experience with AV system architecture, microphone arrays, room acoustics, and conferencing technology.
  • Familiarity with device management, cloud infrastructure, and API-based integrations.

Communication & executive engagement:

  • Strong executive presence with the ability to engage C-level stakeholders and IT leadership.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presentations, documentation, and technical storytelling.
  • Ability to influence business decisions through data-driven insights and technical expertise.
  • Provide excitement and energy with direct engagement sales teams ensuring they are knowledgeable about the latest Logitech products and innovations.

Cross-functional impact & strategic thinking:

  • Proven ability to translate customer challenges into product recommendations and feature enhancements.
  • Experience working with product, marketing, and engineering teams to align technical strategy with business goals.
  • Ability to develop high-impact training materials and enablement content for internal teams and customers.

Travel expectations:

  • Up to 50% travel for enterprise customer visits, industry events, and strategic meetings.

Professional development:

  • Expected to stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and Logitech product advancements.
  • Encouraged to pursue technical certifications in collaboration platforms, networking, or AV technologies.

This position offers an OTE (on target earnings) of typically between $146K and $228K dependent on location and experience. In certain circumstances, higher compensation will be considered based on the business need, candidate experience, and skills.
