The Team and Role

As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will support Logitech's GCO (Global Commercial Organization) Sales & Marketing Operations team in managing vital processes for our global business. The Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for enhancing revenue operations, streamlining processes, and collaborating across teams to ensure excellent execution of critical business initiatives.

  • Manage daily transactions and conduct regular controls for the Global Partner Portal program.
  • Assist with program creation, monitoring, and approval follow-ups in core revenue systems.
  • Support the Proof of Performance (POP) process for worldwide incentive programs.
  • Collaborate with the Claims team to oversee monitoring, tracking, and resolution of pending claims.
  • Work with global finance and project teams to drive system improvements.
  • Support the quarterly revenue closing process.

You may also contribute to:

  • Developing advanced analytics and streamlined processes.
  • Driving harmonization initiatives across regions.
  • Enhancing sales force education through training, direct support, and troubleshooting.

You will work closely with:

  • Global Sales Operations team
  • Key Account Managers (KAMs)
  • Claims team
  • Local Sales Operations and Business Finance Managers

Key qualifications: For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:

  • Experience: 1-3 years of Finance or Operations experience preferred, especially in international sectors such as FMCG, Consumer Electronics, or PC industries.
  • Tools: Advanced MS Excel or Google Sheets expertise; familiarity with Oracle is an advantage.
  • Education: University degree required.
  • Skills: Fluent in English, highly self-motivated, adaptable in fast-changing business environments, and skilled in communicating with colleagues and partners.
